Our focus on the Job Seeker experience is a fundamental tenet of Indeed’s values. We believe through delivering the best possible experience for Job Seekers, we can ensure that Employers are able to have a robust pool of qualified applicants to meet their hiring needs.
Historically, Search Quality has been protective of their approach to policy enforcement and we have received feedback that employers would like more information about our policies and information about staying compliant with quality guidelines. In an effort to continue increasing the overall quality of the jobs on Indeed and ultimately getting better job results for our Job Seekers, Search Quality is working to build and share more public policy documents to reflect our stance on the quality of searches.
