Policy - Pyramid Structure Management Model

Definition

  • A managerial structure in which an employee must recruit and train a team of their own in order to advance within the company. Once a team has been created, that employee becomes a manager, and encourages their recruits to build teams of their own. As this continues, the manager must eventually create their own company. The original hiring company continues to receive commissions from the manager’s new company, as well as any other companies that are eventually created.

Policy
