A: The advanced search feature on the "Find Resumes" page can be used to find candidates in the right location and with the specific skills and experience your position requires. Using advanced search will help ensure that you are contacting job seekers about jobs that are relevant to their background and qualifications.

Billing Questions

Q: What currency exchange rate will be used?

A: The exchange rate Resume subscription uses is gathered from Oanda and the European Central Bank. The exchange rate is determined on a daily basis.

Q: How is price determined per billing period?

A: The price in your preferred billing currency will change based on your billing period. If you’ve chosen a monthly subscription we will convert the local currency of the Resume subscription price to your preferred billing currency every month on your billing date. If you’ve chosen an annual subscription we will convert the local currency of the Resume subscription price to your preferred billing currency every year on your billing date.

Featured Employer Questions

Q: What type of Indeed Resume benefits do Featured Employers receive?

A: Featured Employers will be able to earn Indeed Resume Rewards based on their Sponsored Job spend. The number of Indeed Resume Rewards is awarded at Indeed’s sole discretion. Indeed Resume Rewards can be used to buy resume subscriptions and additional contacts. Indeed Resume Rewards will expire in 1 year.

Q: How do I become a Featured Employer?

A:  Featured Employer is awarded at Indeed’s sole discretion. The ability to receive Featured Employer, generally, is a function of both the number of open jobs at your company and how much you spend. The Featured Employer program may be changed or removed by Indeed at any time, at Indeed’s sole discretion. Reach out to your Indeed Account Executive to learn more about the spending criteria to qualify for Featured Employer or or contact our support team.

Policy Questions

Q: Why can't I receive more information regarding why my account was suspended?

A: At Indeed, the experience of the job seeker is paramount. As a result, we do not provide the kind of specific account suspension details that would enable any entity to use Indeed Resume product to reach job seekers inappropriately.

Q: What can I do if my Resume account is suspended?

A: If you believe you have used Indeed Resume in accordance with our guidelines, you may appeal the action. Please provide details or documentation that you feel will help our moderation team review your activity and reconsider your account.

Q: How long will it take for my Resume Suspension Appeal to be reviewed?

A: Resume suspension appeals will be reviewed by our Search Quality team as soon as possible, depending on the volume of requests we are receiving at that time.

Q: Why am I allowed to post or sponsor jobs on Indeed but not allowed to use the Resume product?

A: Access to posting a job on Indeed and using Resume are reviewed separately and do not impact each other. We may determine usage is appropriate for one product but not appropriate for the other, or that positions are not suitable for Indeed on any product.

Q: Was my account suspended for making too many contacts?

A: We do not suspend accounts based on the number of contacts made. We may review accounts with a high number of contacts, but we will only suspend the account if there are other quality issues present.
