Accessing a Receipt

To document your charges from Indeed, we provide printable receipts in your advertiser account.

To view your receipts:

  1. Visit employers.indeed.com and sign into your account.
  2. Click on your email address in the top right-hand corner.
  3. Select "Billing" in the drop-down menu.
  4. Click your email again to select "Billing History." By default, this page will show the charges from the current month. 
  5. On the right-hand side of the page, click “Change” to adjust the date range to display previous charges.
  6. Click “printable receipt” to display your receipt. This link will be available after a payment has been processed.

TIP: You must log in to your employer account to access your receipts.
