Indeed's billing cycle
Indeed bills on the first day of the following month for the amount accrued on your Sponsored Jobs from the previous month. There are only two exceptions to this—a $500 increment threshold and a $25 first-time spender threshold.
$25 first-time spender threshold
When a new account accrues the first ~$25, we charge that amount as soon as it hits, to ensure we are able to charge the card. Then, we charge the remaining balance on the 1st of the following month.
Example 1: If your job accrues $55 from June 1 to June 30, you will be charged $25 immediately after your job accrues $25 in spend, then you will be charged the remaining $30 on July 1.
This $25 threshold is only for first-time spenders, it is not recurring.
$500 increment threshold
Since most credit cards have a threshold of $500 per transaction, we charge the card on file as soon as it hits ~$500.
Then, if there’s any remaining balance under $500 accrued in that month, we will charge that on the 1st of the following month.
Example 1: If your job accrues $650 from June 1 to June 30, you will be charged $500 immediately after your job accrues $500. Then you will be charged the remaining $150 on July 1.
Example 2: If your job accrues $1200 from June 1 to June 30, you will be charged $500 twice, once for each time your job accrues a $500 increment. You will then be charged the remaining $200 on July 1.
NOTE: Although our $500 increment threshold attempts to activate at exactly $500, it is based on cost per click and therefore may charge ~$5 within of $500.
