My Job is Not Shown on Indeed

There are a few reasons why your new job won’t initially appear in the search results, including failure to adhere to our job posting guidelines. Even if your job appears in the search results initially, it can still stop being displayed. Check the below chart for the most common reasons:

Credit Card (for Sponsored Jobs)



Log in to your Indeed account. You’ll see an alert that says, "Your ads are not being shown. Register a credit card."

Re-enter your card once.

Job status is paused or closed



Log in to your Indeed account and change your job status to Open.
