Managing Company Page Premium

After claiming your Company Page and enabling Premium Branding, making changes is simple. We’ve included a breakdown of each Premium branding feature to help you get started. All the information below can be found in the “Employer Tools” tab when logged into your Indeed Company Page.

Featured job: Choose a high priority job to feature on your Company Page!

  1. From your “Jobs” tab search for a job that’s in demand.
  2. Check the box “Feature this job” and you’ll see it highlighted at the top.

Featured review:  Feature helpful reviews and respond in an open and positive way.  

  1. From your “Employer Tools” dashboard, click ‘Reviews’ on the left-hand menu.
  2. Search for a Review that represents your company the best.
  3. Check the box “Feature this review” to highlight it at the top of your ‘Reviews’ page.

Brand company email alerts: Customize the automatic emails sent to your followers as jobs are posted.

  1. From your “Employer Tools” dashboard, click “Edit company page”
  2. Scroll down to “Company Alert Header image” and “Company Alert Custom Message”

Company updates: Share your employer branding activities easily from your Brand Insights dashboard.

  1. From your “Employer Tools” dashboard, click “Post Updates”.
  2. Click “Post Update” to share on your Why Join Us page.
  3. Choose “Image + Text” or “YouTube” format.
  4. Click Publish.

Premium Header: Share your company’s story with custom content visible from every tab of your Indeed Company Page. This includes a header image or branding such as your company’s brand color and YouTube video.

  1. From your “Employer Tools” Dashboard, click “Edit company page”.
  2. Scroll down to “Header Image”.

Square Logos:  Square logos are used everywhere on Indeed. Upload yours with the below specifications to give job seekers the best impression of your brand.

  1. From your “Employer Tools” Dashboard, click “Edit company page”.
  2. Scroll down to “Logo” and “Square Logo”.

CEO photo: Highlight your leadership by adding your CEO’s photo and name.

  1. From your “Employer Tools” Dashboard, click “Edit company page”.
  2. Scroll down to “CEO”.

Company details and links: Add important details about your company for easy research by job seekers such as market, headquarters location, revenue, company size, corporate website, and social media platforms.

  1. From your “Employer Tools” Dashboard, click “Edit company page”.
  2. Scroll down to “Company Details” and “Links”

Custom content: Include up to 10 sections of custom content shown on your ‘Why Join Us’ tab.  Add videos, images or text.

  1. From your “Employer Tools” Dashboard, click “Edit company page”.
  2. Scroll down to “Custom Content”
  3. Click “Add”.
  4. Select the type of content: Video, Image, or Text.
  5. Select alignment and fill out information.

Locale: Customize your employer brand for more than 60 geographies.

  1. From your “Employer Tools” Dashboard, click “Edit company page”.
  2. This is the first section found under “Customize Your Company Page”.

Enhanced Job Views: Job posts on mobile include all the information needed by a job seeker to research a company.
