Information regarding your subscription renewals (monthly or annual) is labeled for each subscription within your account. This is shown in the image below:
Subscription & contact status (active, expiring or expired)
- Each subscription within the “Status” column is labeled to indicate whether it is Active, Expiring, or Expired. (Shown in box 1)
- “Expiring Contacts” column also allows you to see the contacts within each sub that are expiring. (Shown in box 2)
- Expiring contacts must be used ahead of the next renewal date, which is shown in the “Next Renewal” modal.
Executing bulk actions for multiple subscriptions
By ticking the box on the far left of each subscription, you can select the subscriptions you want to make changes to, allowing you to make changes in bulk to multiple subscriptions. You can make these bulk changes:

- Subscription type
- Assignee
- Status
- Market
- Number of Contacts
- Number of Expiring Contacts
- PO#
Example: in the image below, the view can be sorted by each of the column titles
Assigning Subscriptions
Under the Subscription Management page, Administrators will be able to assign subscriptions to users linked to your account or yourself. Once the subscription has been assigned to a user that user can start contacting candidates. Only users with a non-expired subscription (i.e. active or expiring) assigned to them will be able to contact candidates.
- See step-by-step guide on assigning subscriptions here.
- Global subscriptions allow you to contact in any market in which Resume subscriptions are available.
- Each subscription can only be assigned to one person at a time but you can freely move active subscriptions between users.
Renewing Subscriptions / Purchasing new Contacts
Monthly subscriptions automatically renew every month on your billing date.
- See step-by-step guide on on How to Purchase Resume Subscriptions
- Monthly and annual subscriptions have contacts granted on a monthly basis.
- An annual subscription automatically renews every year on your billing date.
- If you need more contacts per month than what is provided in each subscription, you can add more contacts to a subscription by purchasing additional individual contacts or by buying additional subscriptions.
Canceling your Subscription
You can cancel the renewal of your subscription in the Subscription Management page.
- You’ll be able to continue contacting candidates until your next billing date when canceling your subscription.
- If you have remaining contacts left in your subscription they can be transferred to another active subscription within 6 months.
- Contacts will expire 6 months after they are granted. You will lose access to job seeker names and contact information without an active subscription.
Using Shared Contacts
Shared Contacts are a shared bucket of contacts that multiple recruiters can draw from as needed and are available to any company using Resume Subscriptions.
- Extra contacts can be purchased (one-time or monthly recurring) to Shared Contacts for recruiters to draw from when their individual contacts run out.
- Access can be set account wide or at the level of the individual recruiter.
- Contacts can be moved back and forth between Shared Contacts and individual global subscriptions as desired.
