You may see a label that says “Responsive Employer” underneath the job title of jobs you’ve posted on Indeed. If you see this label, it means that you regularly respond to applicants in a timely manner.
Job seekers value receiving responses from employers. To gain the “Responsive Employer” label on your jobs, make sure your applicants receive a message about the status of their application. Simply rejecting a candidate with no message included will not contribute to your “Responsive Employer” status.
You can message the applicant through your Employer Dashboard or directly via their application email – both instances will count towards your responsiveness.
