How do I stop charges to my account for Sponsored Jobs on mobile?

1. Visit employers.indeed.com, or navigate to the Indeed Employer app and Sign in to your account.
2. Tap the Sponsored Job you would like to stop.
3. Locate the button group with Open, Paused, and Closed.
4. Select Paused or Closed from the button group. Both will stop charges and remove your post from search results. A paused job can be reopened. A closed job will need to be reposted if you want it to appear in search results in the future.
5. Complete the follow-up survey to confirm you want to close or pause your job.
6. You will not accrue charges for jobs once they are Paused or Closed.
7. Please note: For Sponsored Jobs, any outstanding balance will be processed on the first day of the following month.
